Amanda Klein has been a leadership coach and consultant since 2003. She has a rare ability to listen on multiple levels, deeply connect with her clients, and reflect the straight truth with unfailing kindness and support. Amanda helps her clients embrace their own unique strengths and break through their own barriers in record time.

Amanda has coached and developed managers throughout their careers, accelerating their development from their first leadership roles all the way up to executive roles. Her customized, confidential focus on experiential coaching changes behaviors and skills to help executives and senior leaders adapt quickly and get back in front of their leadership (and personal) challenges.

Amanda has an MBA, a BA in Education, professional coach training, and over 20 years’ workplace learning, business management and leadership development experience. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Talent Development Puget Sound Chapter and has been a speaker at the ATD International Conference.
